Top Craft is a renovation company working in London and the surrounding area. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, your phone number and, if you choose to write one, a short description of the work you need. We do not ask for your address, your date of birth, your bank details or any documents. The website has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking cookies.
To call or message you back about your enquiry, to arrange a survey and to prepare a quote. Nothing else. We do not send marketing messages and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your enquiry is delivered straight to our team as a message. It is not published anywhere on the website and it is not sold, rented or passed to any third party for their own purposes.
For as long as we are in touch about your project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it. If you are not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not set tracking cookies. The map on the areas page is loaded from an external map provider, and your browser contacts that provider to fetch the map images.
